Aerobic Classes

Aerobic exercises,and which includes walking, running has been proven to be an effective way for burning fat and losing weight. Aerobic exercise was also a more efficient method of exercise for losing body fat.

Circuit Training

Circuit training is a fast-paced class in which you do one exercise for 30 seconds to 5 minutes and then move on to another exercise. Increases your strength and aerobic fitness and burns lots of calories. It’s like a game where Everyone begins at a station (that is, a place where an exercise is done), and when the instructor yells “Time!” everyone moves to the next free station.

The gym class was good but would help if the website indicated appropriate levels of fitness that these classes are aimed for - turned up and it was definitely for people way more physically advanced with better stamina than I - so it’s hard to know what classes are or aren’t suitable for your level of fitness It's a relaxed atmosphere with plenty of space the personal trainer is so familar and understandable throught out the workout.
